Ingredients

  • 2 slices sourdough bread
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1 lemon
  • Chilli flakes
  • Salt and pepper
  • Optional: poached egg

Instructions

    Toast the sourdough until golden and crispy.

    Halve the avocado, remove the stone, and scoop flesh into a bowl.

    Mash with a fork, squeeze in lemon juice, season with salt and pepper.
