Ingredients
- 500g beef mince
- 8 taco shells
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp chilli powder
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 1 avocado
- Sour cream and cheddar to serve

Brown mince in a pan over high heat.

Add cumin, paprika, chilli powder, and a splash of water.

Simmer for 5 mins until sauce clings to meat.

Mash avocado with lime juice and salt.

Warm taco shells in the oven.
