Chicken Tikka Masala

Tender marinated chicken in a rich, spiced tomato and cream sauce. A true crowd-pleaser.

Ingredients

  • 600g chicken breast, cubed
  • 200ml natural yoghurt
  • 2 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 400g tin chopped tomatoes
  • 200ml double cream
  • 2 onions, diced
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • Fresh ginger, thumb-sized piece

Instructions

    Marinate chicken in yoghurt, garam masala, and turmeric for at least 30 mins.

    Grill or pan-fry marinated chicken until charred.

    Sauté onions, garlic, and ginger until soft.

  4. 4

    Add tomatoes and simmer for 15 mins.

    Stir in cream and cooked chicken, simmer 10 mins.

    Serve with rice or naan.
