Chocolate Lava Cake
Warm, gooey chocolate cake with a molten centre. Serve with vanilla ice cream.

Ingredients
- 100g dark chocolate
- 100g butter
- 2 eggs + 2 egg yolks
- 80g caster sugar
- 2 tbsp plain flour
- Cocoa powder for dusting
Instructions

Preheat oven to 200°C. Butter and dust 2 ramekins with cocoa.

Melt chocolate and butter together.

Whisk eggs, yolks, and sugar until pale.

Fold chocolate mixture and flour into eggs.

Pour into ramekins and bake for 10–12 mins.

Turn out immediately and serve with ice cream.
